"Great Horned Owl and Owlet"

FORT MATANZAS, St Augustine, Florida. In the St Augustine area this month? If so, head on down to Fort Matanzas where you can get an upclose look at a family of Great Horned Owls. The baby is still in the nest, and the parents are taking turns showing their baby 'how to be an owl.' The owlet should be flying by the end of the month. My photo was also featured on the front page of the St Augustine Record on March 1, 2010, as well as their website www.staugustine.com.
